Game Recap

Seattle Mariners defeated Tampa Bay Rays 8-2 on a dominant day at Tropicana Field. The Mariners offense set the tone early, providing more than enough run support to stifle the Rays throughout the contest. Seattle jumped out to an early lead and maintained control, while their bullpen managed the game effectively to keep Tampa Bay's offense at bay.

The scoring began with key contributions throughout the Mariners lineup. J.P. Crawford was instrumental, finishing his day 3-for-4 with 3 RBIs. Weston Wilson added to the power display with a home run, while Randy Arozarena also connected for a home run and drove in 3 runs of his own in his 1-for-5 performance. Despite a two-run effort from the Rays, courtesy of a Jonathan Aranda home run, Tampa Bay was unable to mount a sustained comeback against the Mariners' pitchers.
